Introduction
This agreement, including appendices (collectively referred to as the 'Agreement'), is between you (who could be the User(s), Player(s), or Member(s)) and the undersigned Arcane Ring Studios and any applications, games and services in the Arcane Ring Studios grid. By using any Arcane Ring Studios application, you agree to all of the following terms and conditions.
Authorization
Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein Arcane Ring Studios grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use any necessary software used in connection with its services on any single device at any instance, provided that you do not (and do not allow any third party to) copy, alter, create a derivative work of, reverse engineering, decompilation, reverse assembling or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, selling it, sub-licensing, grant a security interest in or otherwise transfer any right in the Service. You agree not to modify the services in any manner or form, or to use modified versions of the software to obtain unauthorised access to the service.
User Responsibility
You hereby acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all use of all the services under your credentials. Any unauthorised use of the credentials shall be your responsibility and will be deemed as such according to your use. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arcane Ring Studios, along with its affiliates, managers, agents and directors, for any and all claims, losses, liability, damages and costs arising from such use.
